The room was cozy, with spacious bathrooms and a lovely balcony. The bed was comfortable, though some areas needed attention. Checking in was smooth, and the host was welcoming. The rooftop bar noise was a surprise, but the beds were excellent.

While my initial room had some maintenance issues, the second room had a lovely balcony. The bed was cozy, the shower/bath combo was enjoyable, and the rooftop bar offered great happy hours. A few minor fixes needed, but overall, a comfortable stay at The One Boutique Hotel in NYC.

We had a wonderful time. The hotel was fancy and well priced with unbeatable location really close to walls, the dance club on the 8th.

The Manhattan skyline view from the rooftop bar was a highlight, and the very comfy bed made up for any shortcomings in the room. The hotel's shabby appearance and hair on towels were off-putting, but the clean shower and comfy bed in a good location made up for it. The room was a bit small and furniture slightly worn, but cleanliness was on point. The half-wall instead of a door for the toilet was awkward, yet manageable. Overall, the location near the airport, comfortable beds, and accommodating staff made for a pleasant stay.

I have to say, my stay at this hotel was fantastic! the room was impeccable, with a super comfy bed and soft pillows. the shower/bath combo was a real treat, and the housekeeping did a great job keeping everything clean and stocked with essentials like shampoo and fresh towels. the view from my room was breathtaking, especially during the NYC sunrise. I also loved chilling out at the rooftop bar and lounge, enjoying their fantastic happy hours. the location is just right up the block from many stores and restaurants, making it super convenient to explore the neighborhood.

There were a couple of things that could be improved. the hotel could benefit from adding more TV channels for entertainment variety, maybe some news channels.

It is a brand-new property located in Queens district just off a subway station, Citi Field and Laguardia Airport.

The staff at this hotel was very good, and the water pressure in the shower was strong - a feature I loved. The pillow and blanket were incredibly soft and comfortable. However, the noisy AC made it hard to sleep, and the room was smaller than expected with a deceptive balcony setup.

Functional rooms, cozy place to stay. All of the staff were affable, amicable. The hotel had a great bar and an excellent restaurant. It made my trip to New York City a such wonderful experience.

The hotel was the best base for enjoying a good area, so close to Citi Field as well as great restaurants. Had compact room with the beautiful spa bath, which I loved.

Went for a staycation here after a tough month of running. Loved the Aqua therapy pools and diverse food options. Bagged my own towels like a pro. The rooftop lounge views were my daily motivation. Grabbed a few bottles at the daily wine tasting too. Had to reserve a bigger room for a buddy - totally worth it. The Chinatown vibes nearby made me feel at home. Already planning the next stay! The hotel is compact, reasonably priced based in a nice building. Flushing-Main Street subway stop is a short walk to the place, some 5 minutes on foot. The rooms are bright with the beautiful spa bath and the overall experience is fairly nice.

It was fine for my stay I just needed a place to sleep with its built-in bathroom. Bed was comfortable.

G just found a French fry lying under the mattress and a stain on the blanket but nothing to be alarmed about.

Very nice staff. Modern, clean rooms. Great value for what you pay. The lobby is very pretty. Despite some disappointments with the room, the relaxation facilities at The One Boutique Hotel, combined with nearby landmarks like New World Mall and Arthur Ashe Stadium, allowed for enjoyable family bonding experiences. The noise issue and discrepancies in room amenities were notable downsides, but overall, the stay provided some moments of relaxation and exploration.

Actually everything was good, my next choice again in New York City. The roof top bar was amazing!

When I made the reservation for 2 adults and a child (14 years old) the search engine let me reserve a room that I would later have to change as we did not change. Room in the same hall, without window and very small ( totally a mousetrap ) . Due to the problem, they offered us another one with a big bed for the modest price of 300 ? more.. If I had known, I would have valued other hotel options, since I made the reservation in January( too early to look for a good price) . We didn't change the hotel as the prices were now really crazy.. Another thing to keep in mind, quite far from downtown Manhattan ( 1 hour by subway ). Consider accommodation closer to the center, otherwise you lose a lot of time in travel.

While the main floor tile room had a bathroom-like feel, its proximity to the airport and updated finishes were convenient. Easy check-in and friendly staff enhanced our experience.

The hotel's stylish decor and cozy ambiance made me feel right at home. As a senior, I appreciated the well-lit and spacious lobby and the comfortable seating areas throughout the hotel. It made it easy for me to relax and take breaks during my stay. The accessibility for senior people was great, with well-maintained elevators and clear signage making it easy to navigate the hotel's amenities and facilities.

I would only ask for better vacation activities for senior people, such as more organized tours or activities specifically tailored to our age group. The children of the staff were helpful, but I believe more thoughtful activities would make the stay even more enjoyable for senior guests like me.

good location in queens. you can easily reach manhatten with the metro line 7. super alternative to the very expensive manhatten accommodations!

compact room has a shower located directly above the washbasin, so that the bathroom is completely wet every time you shower. for new york it is still completely ok, as it is a private bathroom after all.

super clean - modern rooms in a convenient location with off street parking nearby. walking distance to all the shops in flushing with easy access to public transportation. the staff was really nice and accommodating - letting us check in early to get ready for our wedding.

During my xmas stay, I really liked the amenities provided by the hotel. the free Wi-Fi and TV worked great, allowing me to stay connected and entertained throughout my stay. Additionally, the cleanliness of the hotel was exceptional, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

There were a couple of aspects that I did not like about my stay. there was no complimentary water provided in the room, which was disappointing.

But what really blew me away was that bathtub, dude, like straight up amazing, and the beds, oh so soft! having a new bar/club next door was sweet. The only small bummer was that on the lobby floor it got kinda loud, with people hanging around late into the night. 👍

During my recent business trip to New York, my director chose The One Boutique Hotel for our stay, and I was pleasantly surprised by the unique amenities offered. One of the highlights was the various sauna rooms, each offering specific healing effects beneficial to the body. I particularly enjoyed experiencing the detoxifying benefits of the infrared sauna, which was a great way to unwind after a long day of work. The concept of guests bagging their own used towels and waste for pickup not only promotes cleanliness but also adds a sense of personal responsibility to the stay, which I found refreshing and commendable.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a fantastic hotel during my trip. the One Boutique Hotel exceeded my expectations with an exceptional upgrade provided by the friendly front desk staff. the room was small at first, but the upgraded room was not only spacious but also impeccably clean. the highlight of my stay was the incredibly comfortable bed, which ensured a restful night's sleep. I also enjoyed the convenience of having a lounge and a rooftop bar within the hotel premises. receiving a ticket for the nearby spa castle was a delightful bonus.

However, if you are looking for a non-Asian meal or drink, you may have to travel some distance. The service provided by the hotel staff was not up to par, with rude front desk attendants and unhelpful housekeeping staff.

Compact design, reminiscent of Japanese hotels. Comfortable bed, great rain shower. Soundproofing is excellent. Impressive lobby, friendly staff. Rooftop bar and seafood ramen worth trying. No negatives mentioned.

We enjoyed the rooftop bars with their BOGO deals and stunning city views. it was a decent stay for our early flight.
